This Condo Rental was Renovated with a Budget of P250,000
The owner of this unit is no stranger to condo rentals as he is a bonafide condo flipper. Condo flippers are people who purchase condos, have them designed and styled, and put the unit up for either rental or for sale. Knowing the leasing game pretty well, this flipper knows that investing in interior design can and will do wonders for his end game. The owner hired Primea Design Group to help him design the condo rental. The owner has previously worked with the same design firm to design his daughter’s unit in a different condo. Happy with how that unit turned out, he called the same team to design two back-to-back units with a budget of P250,000 for the 20-something square meter unit.
With a tight budget and an even tighter space, the design firm had their cut work out for them. The owner left the designers with the overall design and style. Keeping in mind that the future end user will be a student, the design group placed themselves in the shoes of a college student. They thought of what a student will potentially need in a halfway home and how a student would want his or her unit to look like.
The coffee table transforms into a dining table for when the future tenant has guests over for dinner or a group study session.
Since the potential renter is a student, the design studio made sure to allot a study space in the bedroom
The bed fits like a glove in the tight bedroom space of the condo rental. To give the bedroom privacy, the designers added a dividing wall that has a opening on top to let natural light in and for better air circulation.
