Transform Your Dad Into A Fine Gentleman This Father’s Day!

Looking for a special treat for your dad this Father’s Day? Why not give him a total makeover from head to toe? Give your dad, lolo, or hubby a dapper transformation at The Fine Gentleman, a one-stop barber shop in Pasig for all men’s lifestyle needs!

The Fine Gentleman
The Fine Gentleman came to life when its co-owner Juan Banal mused about putting up a one-stop shop for men where they could freely go and escape for a pamper. Co-owned by actor Patrick Garcia and PBA players Frank Golla and Gab Banal, The Fine Gentleman started catering to the fashion and hairstyle needs of dapper men on March last year.
“Personally, I find it hard to dress up. I see people do it in magazines and sometimes I try to copy it, but it’s not that simple. I end up trying to dress up and then my wife or other people would say, ‘uy ‘di bagay sa’yo yung suot mo,’” shares Juan. “So at The Fine Gentleman, we want people to feel like it’s a man cave and an escape. It’s all here.”

Their flagship service is The Gentleman’s haircut, which includes clean haircut, shampoo, hot towel, and a 30-minute half-body massage—all for a really cheap price! But the pampering does not stop there! The Fine Gentleman also offers eyewear, shoes, and suits that cater to a wide range of guys who have specific budgets.
“We believe in value for money. I always believe that when customers come in, I want them to feel like they get every penny that they paid for,” Juan shares. The Fine Gentleman sells leather shoes in-store that amounts from P3000 to P9000, and eyewear that costs around P200 to P3000 (and some that goes as far as P16,000).

“We make sure that we provide choices,” explains Juan.

It’s not just a simple haberdashery and barbershop, though. The Fine Gentleman went as far as offering fashion styling, lifestyle products, furniture products, and even interior design services! In-house interior designer Andrew Galano and fashion stylist Reggie Cruz work hand-in-hand with customers to heed to their bespoke needs.

“It’s a one-stop shop for men. We provide them with a lot of choices, they have the freedom to choose. Our shoes are bespoke, our suits are bespoke, even our furniture. What we want is for us to be available and offer convenience,” shares Juan.

The interiors of The Fine Gentleman are industrial and raw in style. “We wanted a classy feeling. We even had to go to some thrift shops and look for trinkets like an old radio or old-school phone to fill the barbershop’s theme,” says Juan.
The Fine Gentleman also carries socks, neckties, bags, and even facial wash, acne solutions, and pomades which are all available at the shop. Moreover, there’s also a playstation corner inside where guys could play and hangout while waiting for their turn!

The Fine Gentleman
They are open from 11AM all the way to 9PM during the weekdays to cater to guys who come from work. “Before they come home, they can drop by for a haircut. Here at The Fine Gentleman, we’ll help you release all the tension from work so you’ll go home refreshed, feeling good, ready for the next day. So that’s really our goal,” Juan concludes.
The Fine Gentleman is located at Stall 5, Community Center, Suha St., Valle Verde 1, Pasig City. Like them on Facebook @TheFineGentleman
